First Fall Workout

 On Monday, October 12, Columbus Day, the Hills West lacrosse players had their First Fall Workout.  Coach Cascio, Coach Stanziale from the Varsity were there along with Coach Rooney.  Coach Hagans was there representing the JV.  The kids started out with some basic line drills and moved to a full field clearing drill.  Then the boys were broken up by position and received positional training.  Lastly, the players were given some basic offensive and defensive team concepts.  The turnout was good and the boys worked hard.  The coaching staff hopes to get another workout in soon.
